Our story
Our goal was to re-open Kilmore’s most iconic hotel, the Red Lion Hotel Kilmore. Bringing that incredible ‘country pub feel’ at an elevated level. Combining the best of both worlds with a pub that you would find in a large city and one you’d find in a rural town.
We provide high quality pub cuisine with a mix of signature, luxurious dishes and classic pub feeds with a safe, family friendly environment.
Igniting the town with a new sense of night life, live entertainment, high energy community focussed events has been one of our highest priorities. Being able to give this once very quiet town a place to celebrate and enjoy exceptional food has truly been so rewarding.

Kim Short - Venue Manager
Kim is a Community minded Kilmore resident of 25 years. Kim has 30+ years experience in Hospitality including being a business owner of her own and creating hugely successful experiences for her clients.
Kims current aim is to continue offering new and exciting things to entertain our locals near and far. We see our Pub becoming a destination venue that all of Victoria will love and enjoy. Boosting tourism and igniting a revolution for like minded businesses and our growing region.
